Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of Plaintiff Personal Injury Experience
- Diligent and Responsible
- A solid understanding of personal injury law/tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, and NY CPLR
- New York State Bar membership and state license to practice law
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
- Conducted over 75 depositions
- Trial Experience a plus
- SmartAdvocate familiarity is a plus

- Conduct and take depositions with precision and thoroughness
- Work up cases for trial
- Settle cases efficiently
- Diligently work files and keep clients apprised regularly
- Leverage your knowledge of the New York CPLR and litigation to navigate cases effectively
- Advocate passionately on behalf of the injured, consistently delivering exceptional results for clients through strategic legal representation
- Preference to candidates with experience in SmartAdvocate
