Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and train junior attorneys in all aspects of personal injury litigation, from case evaluation to trial preparation
  • Provide guidance and direction on litigation issues including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial strategy
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maximize the value of each case through thorough development and preparation for trial
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology and sophisticated software to manage your team effectively and efficiently
  • Maintain a client-focused approach at all times, leveraging technology to remain dynamic, flexible, and organized

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Minimum of 7 years experience practicing personal injury law, with a proven track record of success in trial advocacy
  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission via reciprocity
  • Strong leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior attorneys
  • Proficiency in legal technology and a willingness to adapt to new software and systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex legal concepts
