Intellectual Property Lawyers is a small litigation firm specializing in privacy, consumer rights, and class action cases. We are currently seeking an experienced litigator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated legal professional with at least eight years of experience to take on a role with significant responsibilities.Primary Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include managing a variety of litigation matters, including primary day-to-day responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to work on complex legal issues, collaborate with experienced attorneys, and make a meaningful impact on our clients' cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and during alternative dispute resolution.
- Manage and coordinate case files, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide exceptional client service.
- Stay updated on legal developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active California Bar membership in good standing.
- Eight (8) years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for class action experience.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
