Description:

Are you a Senior Litigation Attorney with 15+ years of experience, and a passion for excellence? Do you want to join a growing practice that offers a Partner track opportunity and a diverse range of cases to lead? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for a Senior Attorney, who can work independently and collaboratively with our Managing Partner, and other Senior Attorneys, on existing or new cases. You should have Litigation expertise in multiple Practice Areas, preferably Commercial, Estate Planning & Trusts and Family Law.

Ultimately, we are looking for somebody with the right mindset, capitalizing on your in-depth experience, and driven by the perspective of becoming a Partner, upon building a successful track-record on all fronts!

At the A Full Service Law Firm, there is never a dull moment, and the variety of cases coming our way makes our missions extremely interesting, though demanding. We have built our reputation on hard work, exceptional ethics and by always putting our clients first.

A recent Google reviews is a good illustration of who we are, and who we want to be for them: “I not only recommend Sandra Choi, but I promise you once you have used her services you too will not look any further. She responds promptly at any time of the day 24/7. She is trustworthy and knowledgeable and will fight to the end to get what you deserve. Is she pricey? Yes, but if you need a skillful, strategic and more importantly power negotiator for your case then Ms. Choi is the only lawyer you will ever need. I can't believe the tremendous work she has done for my case. Thank you, God, in guiding my intuition in hiring Sandra Choi. She is my number one attorney for any legal court case in the future.”

You will deliver flawless service to our clients and achieve the best results possible in their best interest. You will also embrace our culture of professionalism, ethics, teamwork, respect, and positivity, and eventually represent the Firm with the outside world.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A minimum of 15 years of successful litigation experience,
  • A Bar Exam of the States of New Jersey (Required) and New York (Preferred),
  • A strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset,
  • A superior reading comprehension and written communication ability,
  • An extreme attention to detail and organization,
  • A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,
  • Preferably run, or still running, your own practice, so as to think as an owner, rather than merely a salaried individual.
