We are seeking a new Associate Attorney with 5+ year of Civil Litigation Defense to join our team. Your role will be to defend a variety of Civil matters in our growing Manhattan, NY or Garden City, NY practice.

Responsibilities:
As an Attorney at our firm, you will:
- Handle a variety of civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, analyze data, and develop strategies for cases.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
Qualifications:
We are looking for an attorney who possesses:
- A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and a valid New York State Bar License.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in civil litigation.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding legal services to our clients.
- Required Licensure:
- Active New York State Bar License (Required).
- Active New Jersey State Bar, and/or ability to transfer UBE scores (Preferred).
- Being able to waive into the New Jersey Bar and having multiple bars is ideal, however, we are willing to consider candidates with only one bar.
