As a Senior Family Law Attorney at Olsen & Magnan, LLP, you'll:
- Client Representation: Take the lead in representing clients in complex family law matters, such as divorce, child custody, support disputes, and premarital agreements.
- Legal Research and Writing: Conduct in-depth legal research and craft a wide range of legal documents, including petitions, motions, briefs, and agreements, with a keen eye for detail.
- Case management Leadership: Oversee and manage a caseload with the highest level of efficiency, ensuring that all cases advance timely, deadlines are met, and clients are consistently updated on their case status.
- Client Communication: Establish and maintain communication with clients, offering updates, fielding questions, and providing legal advice.
- Negotiations: Lead negotiations to secure settlements and agreements that align with clients' needs and interests.
- Mentorship and Team Development: Be a source of knowledge and support for our legal team, actively contributing to the professional growth and mentorship of junior attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff.
