This is an exciting time at An Electrical/electronic Manufacturing Company! We are looking for experienced candidates to help support our new 50,000 square-feet lithium-ion battery production facility in Fremont, California for commercialization of our 3D Silicon™ Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting sales and procurement teams in discussions with companies on commercial agreements
  • Structuring, drafting, and discussing complex customer and vendor agreements, professional services agreements, intellectual property agreements, statements of work, and NDAs
  • Managing agreements that comply with company policies/risk tolerances and support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes
  • Provide expert and strategic legal advice to management on all commercial matters
  • Handle litigation and regulatory matters as requested from time to time
  • Keep abreast of legislative changes and proactively making recommendations for policy or product changes required to protect An Electrical/electronic Manufacturing Company
  • Provide training to the business in relation to legal and risk issues

The Requirements:
  • J.D. degree and membership in at least one U.S. state bar
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
