A Silicon Valley Law Firm, a full-service law firm with offices in Redwood City and downtown San Jose, is seeking one or more Corporate Attorneys with 7+ years of experience. The Attorneys can work from either our San Jose or Redwood City office, with some remote work available. The ideal candidates will have at least 7 years of experience representing early stage technology start-ups in connection with venture capital financings, M&A transactions, securities offerings, and general corporate matters. Portable business is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidates will be an entrepreneurial self-starters with excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to balance legal and business issues as well as the ability to manage multiple projects. Candidates must be current members of the State Bar of California in good standing.
