Job Description Summary:
A Global Law Firm is seeking an Attorney to join its Litigation group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience with civil litigation in state and federal courts and excellent research, writing and analytical skills. Experience conducting and defending depositions, managing a case docket, and appearing in court is preferred. Candidates with experience handling multi district litigation is a plus. This position is open to all U.S. offices with a preference for Arkansas based attorneys.

This is a non-partnership track position.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
