Position Summary:Our Seattle office has a unique opportunity for an experienced attorney with extensive traditional labor law experience to join the firm's expanding practice. The position would allow the right candidate to assume a major role in traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, representation petitions, and unfair labor practice charges. Our firm can provide multiple writing, publishing and speaking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Washington. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
- Candidates must have at least 5+ years of traditional labor law experience.
- Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
