Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join our federal employment law team. Familiarity with representing federal employees specifically is ideal. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for managing a case docket, providing legal representation and advice to clients, conducting research, negotiating, and litigating cases in various administrative forums including the EEOC, MSPB, and OSC. You will also be serving as a mentor to less experienced associates and reviewing and revising their work.

Skills:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in the state
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, preferably in federal employment law
Strong research skills using Westlaw and other legal research tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice
Strong negotiation and litigation skills
Proficient in legal drafting and document review
