An International Law Firm is seeking an associate with 4-8 years of experience to join our Renewable Energy and/or Energy Transition development and finance practices in our San Diego, Los Angeles, or Houston offices. Qualified candidates must have broad experience with renewable energy and/or energy transition matters, particularly within solar, wind, storage, and other renewable energy areas or hydrogen, carbon, renewable fuels and other energy transition areas.Our ideal candidate will have experience in representing and advising on matters relating to complex development and finance transactions, including equity and debt financing; merger and acquisitions transaction; and negotiating and drafting project documents including EPC and BOP contracts, equipment procurement agreements, O&M agreements, and similar agreements. Strong drafting and project management skills are required.

Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an exceptional work ethic, coupled with a desire to be part of a fast-paced, growing, and collaborative environment are required. Chinese language skills are a plus.
