Real Estate Investments and Transactions Associate (New York) A Multi-Service Law Firm seeks a junior associate with general real estate experience
to join our NY office. The Real Estate Investments and Transactions
Department handles complex commercial real estate transactions
nationwide, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint
ventures, financing and lending and distressed situations across various
asset classes (e.g., office, retail, industrial, life science,
hospitality, multifamily, etc.). Ideal candidates will have big law firm
experience and excellent writing, analytical and interpersonal skills.
