The Real Estate and Finance Department of A Dynamic Law Firm is seeking an attorney with 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate law to work in one of the most exciting, active and diverse real estate and finance practices in the region.

The position is for our Philadelphia office. Applicants should have experience representing sellers and buyers, landlords and tenants, and borrowers in acquisition, sale, lease and construction and permanent finance transactions.

Candidates Should Possess the Following:

Strong academic credentials, including a J.D. or equivalent degree from a well-respected U.S. law school.
Excellent writing and analytical skills.
Be proactive and self-starting.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to respond productively to direction and feedback and to work well with staff and leadership
An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, manage workflow priorities and meet deadlines.

Admitted to PA Bar or will take Bar exam promptly after starting.
