A Full-Service Business Law Firm is seeking an attorney with at least 3 years of experience
ideally in transactional real estate and development. The ideal
candidate will have exposure in a range of residential and commercial
real estate matters with Experience in suburban and urban commercial and
residential real estate development. Experience in common interest
developments is helpful. Top candidates will have excellent drafting and
research skills and excellent attention to detail. Associates on the
team thrive when they are both client and team centric as well as being
self-starters and adaptable. Preferred location for this position is our
Silicon Valley office. This position requires California bar admission
and excellent academic credentials.
