Description:
The Washington, DC office of A Distinctively Global Law Firm is seeking a mid-level to senior associate or counsel with at least 3+ years of experience to support the Real Estate practice. Our practice handles a broad range and high volume of commercial real estate transactions, including representing institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds in all phases of the investment cycle as well as sophisticated lending transactions. Candidates should have experience in multiple areas of commercial real estate. Significant experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings and joint ventures is preferred but not required. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are required.Job Requirements:
