Practice Summary:The experience of our Real Estate Practice spans 40 years of delivering multidisciplinary legal solutions for property investment, development and management, as well as real estate finance. We draw upon the knowledge of more than 250 real estate lawyers, and the resources that An International Law Firm's global organization has to offer. We seek to provide clients with integrated legal services for all phases of a project and most stages of business. Our client base comprises a broad range of property developers, lenders, investment managers, opportunity funds, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), and private owners. We advise clients on a variety of matters involving diverse forms of commercial, recreational and residential real estate.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience with loan documents, joint venture agreements and purchase and sale agreements. Must be a motivated real estate finance associate with an entrepreneurial spirit interested in joining our growing Philadelphia team and practicing at the highest level. Candidate should have top academic credentials.
