Description:
A National Law Firm's Privacy & Cyber practice group is seeking an associate to join our Incidents + Investigations team (location flexible). The ideal candidates will have 3+ years of significant incident response experience, including:- Navigating all aspects of the incident response process, including leading scoping calls, working with forensics, leading data mining efforts, and directing other experts, as needed.
- Collaborating and working with insurance carriers and insureds in the incident response context
- Communicating with third parties during the incident response, including law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and other third parties as needed
Candidates must have excellent academic and professional credentials, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable managing their own caseload and client relationships. Candidates must have the ability to deliver smaller projects with limited supervision and assist and confidently manage workflow for larger projects. CIPP or specialized industry experience in the healthcare or financial services space is a plus. Candidates must be in good standing in the state where they wish to practice.
The salary range for this position is $250,000 - $305,000 dependent on years of experience.
