Our law firm, with offices in Los Angeles and Burbank, is looking for an experienced (two years minimum) level Plaintiff's Litigation Associate Attorney to work in our Burbank Office. Our firm specializes in personal injury, employment, worker's compensation and health insurance bad faith litigation. We are looking for someone who shares our desire for excellence, hard work, structure, forward-thinking and results-oriented outcomes for our clients. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, schedule and conduct depositions, hearings and trial preparations.
  • Draft written discovery and discovery responses.
  • Preparation of pleadings and notices.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case work.
  • Draft motions
  • Draft correspondence and other legal documents for Partner review and signature, if necessary.
  • Interview, and prepare witnesses and experts, as necessary pre-trial work.
  • Assist with overall trial preparation, including exhibits, lists and trial binders.
  • Argue Law and Motion at hearings.
