A Civil Litigation Firm, a large statewide civil litigation firm with nine (9) offices, seeks: Attorney - Plaintiff Employment Law to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in court and administrative proceedings, draft legal documents and advise plaintiff employment law clients. Experience in NJLAD, EEOC, whistleblowing (CEPA), and severance agreements. Knowledge of bullying laws a plus.Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in plaintiff employment law.
- NJ Bar admission required.
