Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation/worker's compensation matters from inception to resolution.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations.
Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies.
Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in personal injury litigation.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in Illinois.
3+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
Experience handling Worker's Compensation claims.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced legal environment.
