Description:

Georgia Personal Injury Lawyers is currently seeking an experienced Senior trial Attorney for our growing personal injury firm. Imagine working with a law firm and driving your bonuses while enjoying the benefits of not having to worry about HR, expenses, and facilities. The successful attorney will have a resume of trial experience, preparation for trial, motions practice, and supervision experience of less experienced attorneys (and staff). Upside earning potential over your base salary. The ideal candidate will be able to independently make decisions and develop the litigation team while earning a considerable amount of compensation.

However, the attractive salary is only a portion of the benefits. You will enjoy working at a law firm that not only presents strong advocates in the courtroom but also strong advocates for our community. We are the law firm that shows an injured client does not have to seek help in Buckhead but can find strong, smart, and talented lawyers in their neighborhood. The limitations are only set by your ability to settle/try cases and/or bring in clients. You will head a team of eager and capable attorneys and paralegal staff. We take pride in representing injured plaintiffs and recovering millions of dollars on their motor vehicle, trucking, motorcycle, false imprisonment, premises liability, and medical malpractice cases. You will be able to utilize your prior trial experience and negotiation skills to drive your bonuses higher; which is added to an ample base salary. There will be an opportunity to make equity partner should the winning candidate prove their mantle at T. Madden & Associates, P.C. We have multiple offices, with the newest one being in downtown Decatur. We strive to make it convenient to work hard.

You must have litigated at least 5 jury trials to be considered for this position. This firm continues to innovate and find numerous ways to engage all employees to enjoy the work they perform on behalf of the clients. Our technology and methodology are akin to a much larger firm while allowing the flexibility of a smaller firm. This position requires you to give permission and be subject to a background check.

  • Work the time necessary to handle a heavy caseload
