We are a high volume personal injury (mostly car wreck) firm and looking to hire a new litigation attorney. This attorney will be working on a high volume docket. This is a great long-term career opportunity with lots of potential for growth and is ideal for someone who wants to be a top level attorney. No experience required but 1-2 years in personal injury litigation experience is preferred.Responsibilities include:
- All aspects of litigation including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
- Help resolve client issues as they arise.
- Take direction from managing attorneys and execute assignments in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Required: JD and must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas.
- Must have valid TX driver license.
- 1-2 Years personal injury litigation experience preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
