Personal injury law firm seeks an experienced attorney to become an integral part of our growing team. The firm litigates plaintiff-side civil litigation matters, including personal injury, nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, employment law, and workers compensation. This position is fully supported by administrative staff and the firm utilizes advanced software and technologies. The role includes both litigation and pre-litigation responsibilities. Competence, work ethic, and a strong desire to advance your career are important attributes. Pay is negotiable and will include a base as well as bonus based on individual assigned case results. Benefits package, including retirement, health insurance, and professional expense coverage, is included. Resources available for attorneys to develop their own marketing and case acquisition plans, but an interest in business development is not a strict requirement.Job Responsibilities:
- Meet with and communicate regularly with clients;
- Manage and develop pre-lit claims;
- All aspects of litigation from drafting to trial;
Skills and Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio;
