You'll handle the case file from start to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals. You should have excellent credentials, a minimum of 2 years of successful personal injury experience, and an authentic passion for helping people. - Attending court hearings.
- Conducting and defending depositions.
- Conducting discovery.
- Daily contact with clients regarding various aspects of their case. Particularly regarding their injuries and medical treatment.
- Daily contact with medical providers to stay current on client's injuries and medical treatment.
- Maintaining and updating case information in law firm case management software.
- Troubleshooting solutions to client concerns and/or issues “on the fly”.
- Daily communication with relevant insurance companies and defense firms.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience, including litigation, is required.
- State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory
- Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred
