Description:

A Broad Practice and A National Reputation Law Firm is currently seeking an attorney with 6 or more years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution matters, specifically in the mechanical arts. Technical experience in areas of mechanical engineering, medical devices, and oilfield tools is strongly preferred. This position is partnership track and provides an excellent compensation and benefits package. Open to associate, counsel and partner level candidates. This position can be based in any one of the firm's offices and is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement.
