A global Am Law 50 firm, is seeking a Life Sciences Patent Agent to join their nationally recognized Intellectual Property Team. This position is based in San Francisco or Silicon Valley; however, we will consider strong candidates in Dallas, Del Mar, or Downtown San Diego.Sheppard Mullin's intellectual property team comprises litigation, prosecution, and transaction specialists who are trained in a broad spectrum of sciences, technologies, and industries. The Ideal Candidates Will Have the Following Qualifications:
- Must be admitted to practice before the USPTO.
- Candidates will have at least a master's degree and preferably a PhD in Chemistry or other related fields.
