The Accounting Area in the Orfalea College of Business at A Public University is creating a pool of eligible part-time law lecturers for possible assignments during the Summer, Fall, Winter, and/or Spring Quarters of the 2024-2025 academic year to teach business law and the legal, regulatory, and political environment of business. Assignments will be contingent upon budget and enrollments.

Required Qualifications:
JD from an AALS accredited law school with successful completion of a state bar required; license to practice law must be current. Must demonstrate a strong teaching record and currency in professional field.

The person holding this position is considered a 'mandated reporter' under the California Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act and is required to comply with the requirements set forth in CSU Executive Order 1083 as a condition of employment.
