A Business Law Firm is a full-service law firm with offices located in Akron, Canton, and Cleveland. Founded over 100 years ago, A Business Law Firm and its attorneys are nationally-recognized and award-winning.We are currently seeking an attorney with significant experience in advising tax-exempt/charitable organizations with tax, governance and business issues they regularly encounter, including joint ventures between tax-exempt and taxable entities. He or she will work in our Cleveland, Akron, or Canton Office.
The successful individual will have a book of business and a desire to grow that book over time. A Business Law Firm will support the individual's business development efforts, while also providing work from existing institutional clients as the candidate continues to build his or her own practice. Candidates must be licensed or attain license to practice law in the State of Ohio.
