A 30+ Attorney Law Firm is seeking an energetic, committed, and diligent mid-level or senior attorney to join its Pleasanton office and work as part of an expanding team. OHH represents public entities and their employees throughout the State in response to claims of employment and civil rights litigation, plus inverse condemnation and premises liability. The position is flexible and can be tailored to best fit your skillset and preferences, but ideally, we are looking for a candidate with experience litigating in state or federal court, and with an aptitude for research and writing and an interest in depositions and trial advocacy.A successful candidate will share OHH's commitment to providing its clients with high-quality services in rapidly evolving areas of the law, will relish the strategic decision-making involved in litigation, including crafting litigation strategy in complex situations, and will enjoy presenting nuanced constitutional arguments in a clear and persuasive fashion. Qualified candidates must have a strong work ethic and a proven ability to work in a team.
