A National Law Firm, a leading national law firm, is seeking an associate with 4+ years of experience to join the Consumer Financial Services practice in its Chicago or Peoria office, with hybrid work arrangements available and the ability to work primarily remotely within Illinois. Knowledge of commercial litigation practice and procedure in Illinois state and federal courts is required. Ideal candidates will also have experience defending claims under the FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, and state consumer protection laws.
