The successful candidate will participate in environmental investigations and litigation matters, advise on compliance and land use issues, and provide regulatory representation, particularly focusing on contaminated properties, due diligence for transactions, and related areas.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting legal documents, including access agreements, real property covenants and other legal instruments.
- Conducting legal research and analysis.
- Conducting preliminary case investigations and evaluations.
- Participating in environmental litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions.
- Providing guidance on compliance issues and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting due diligence for real estate transactions.
- Providing support to senior attorneys on various legal matters.
