The ideal candidates should have 3 - 5 years of secondaries experience, be admitted to the New York Bar and have excellent credentials. Associate should have experience working on secondary transactions, preferably GP-led secondary transactions, including continuation vehicles. Associates should have experience with negotiating fund organizational documents, as well as experience with purchase and sale of assets, whether portfolio companies or limited partnership interests.
