Candidates should have ample experience leading on diligence and drafting ancillary agreements as well as familiarity with all other aspects of a transaction. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of M&A experience, be admitted to the California Bar, and have excellent credentials. Candidates will be considered for either the Palo Alto or San Francisco office.
