Responsibilities: Associates represent individuals in all areas of employment law, including matters that may involve wage-and-hour issues, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, leaves of absence, or layoffs. And have extensive client contact and the opportunity to work on matters in a variety of contexts including federal and state courts, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative agencies (e.g., EEOC), as well as negotiations and client counseling.

Qualifications:
Successful candidates will have a combination of employment, educational, and life experience that demonstrates the qualities and skills below:
  • Experience and Education: You have a minimum of 2 years of employment-law or collective/class-action experience. You have strong analytical, writing, research, and organizational skills. JD 2019 or 2020 required. Must be admitted to practice in CA, NY, or DC.
  • Confidentiality: You must be able to adhere to Firm policies regarding the protection of confidential data and demonstrate sensitivity to (and good judgment in connection with) confidential attorney, personnel, and Firm matters.
