Description:
An Appeals, Bankruptcy Law Firm is seeking an attorney with at least 4 years of medical malpractice and general liability experience for our New York City office.Requirements:
- Demonstrate an ability to analyze issues, communicate regularly with claims professionals, document communication and assist in resolving cases efficiently
- Experience in preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, and motion practice
- Trial experience a plus
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Be in good standing as an active member of the New York Bar
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
