We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting attorney with five to seven years of litigation experience to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Managing Member, the attorney will assist with all aspects of litigation, including drafting and responding to discovery, interviewing witnesses and conducting investigations, reviewing and analyzing documents, drafting briefs and pleadings, taking depositions, and appearing in court.

The successful candidate will have at least 5-7 years of substantive legal experience working in a mid- to large-sized law firm on sophisticated commercial litigation matters. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, stellar research and writing skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor with 5-7 years of experience as a practicing attorney
  • Active license to practice law in Illinois
  • Admitted to practice in federal court; Trial bar a plus
  • Current on all continuing education requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, and Westlaw
  • Three references
