The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Experience handling all phases of general liability, complex commercial and litigation matters, primarily focused on defense cases.
- Extensive experience in all phases of discovery including written discovery, depositions of parties, and experts.
- Ability to prioritize while meeting all deadlines and demonstrating a high level of reliability and efficiency.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong ethics, attention to detail, be highly organized and have impeccable communication skills.
- Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
Requirements:
- Two to six years' experience.
- Trial experience.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional writing, research, and litigation skills.
- Strong work ethic, ability to self-manage and work in a team environment.
- Licensed to practice law in Oregon and Washington.
