Litigation Attorney (Auto & Premises Liability)

Description:

A Mid-Size Insurance-Defense Firm has an immediate opening for an attorney in its Philadelphia, PA office. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of defense litigation experience, including auto and premises liability. Candidates must also have a JD from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice in PA.

The firm currently works under a hybrid schedule. This means you will be able to work from home for a portion of your workweek. The details of this schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

Qualified Candidates Must Possess the Following:

• JD from an accredited Law School
• Admitted to practice in PA;
• At least 1-3 years of experience, handling cases from inception to jury verdict, in civil litigation and insurance defense preferred.
