An Estate Planning Lawyer, a Raleigh-based civil law practice
firm, seeks an attorney with 1-5 years of experience to assist with
litigation of business disputes, defense of employment law claims, tort
defense, professional liability litigation, construction litigation, and
insurance coverage litigation. The position will involve trials and
appellate work in state and federal courts. State appellate or federal
clerks are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be licensed to practice
in North Carolina, have strong academic backgrounds, and be excellent
