A Super-Regional Firm with A National Practice's Litigation, Trial & Appeals team is results-driven and client-focused. We have extensive experience achieving game-changing victories and favorable resolutions for clients in high-stakes disputes of many types.
Our trial attorneys represent a wide range of local and national clients in complex commercial litigation, including corporate, limited liability company, partnership disputes, securities fraud, fiduciary duty, business torts, class actions, contract, insurance recovery, intellectual property, unfair competition, construction, antitrust, oil and gas, mining, telecommunications, healthcare and real estate matters. Our trial team regularly represents clients in local, state, and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare pleadings, manage discovery, and take and defend depositions.
- Work as part of a collaborative team to manage cases and prepare for trials and arbitrations.
- Offer legal advice to clients involved in lawsuits and represent them in court.
Minimum Qualifications:
- J.D. from an ABA accredited school.
- Admitted to practice in Colorado or able to be waived in.
- At least three years of litigation experience.
- Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial attitude, high level of attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication, and exemplary client service skills.
