Description:

The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of substantive experience, to include:
  • Excellent research and writing skills;
  • Ability to manage complex discovery and litigation;
  • Courtroom experience (motion practice, hearings); and
  • Superior skills at drafting pleadings and motions.

The position involves a broad spectrum of litigation matters, including personal injury, product liability, commercial litigation, construction litigation, employment law, and workers' compensation. Excellent communication and writing skills are required, as well as strong academic qualifications.

An Illinois or Missouri license is required, and the successful applicant must be willing to obtain the additional license if they do not already have both.
