Greater Boston firm with national clientele seeks a civil litigator with at one to four years of experience in insurance defense and/or tort litigation who is admitted to the MA bar. The ideal candidate must have excellent academic credentials and possess strong analytical and writing skills. She/he will be self-motivated, hardworking, proactive, and dedicated to a very high level of client service. Job responsibilities will include conducting depositions, attending court conferences, drafting pleadings, interacting with clients and adjusters, and negotiating settlements.
