A Personal Injury Attorney, an established plaintiff's personal injury law firm in Orange/Anaheim area [Near the Honda Center/Anaheim Stadium and 57/22/5/55 freeways] seeks an experienced full-time Associate Attorney with at least 1-3 years of litigation experience to join its diverse, modern, enthusiastic and supportive team. - Drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Preparing and responding to discovery
- Preparing for and attending depositions, court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Pre-litigation case managing and negotiations
Qualifications:
- License to practice law in California
- A juris doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Experience representing clients in all stages of pre-trial litigation
- Experience preparing pleadings/motions and making court appearances
- Experience drafting and responding to discovery, including depositions
- Outstanding attention to detail and high level of organizational skills
- Exceptional writing skills
- Self-motivated and responsible
- Strong professional communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work load
- Ability to work independently and as a team
License/Certification:
California Bar Licensed (Required)
