A Full-Service Law Firm's Costa Mesa office is currently seeking an attorney for our growing California Law and Motion practice.

The Position:
Qualifications:

JD from an Accredited law school
Admitted to practice in the State of California
3+ years litigation experience required
Federal court practice is a plus
Strong knowledge of rules of evidence and procedure required
Excellent written and analytical skills and a strong attention to detail are required

Responsibilities:

Draft case management orders, organize and analyze case information, and provide reports to carrier
Draft motions (including but not limited to motions for summary judgment and discovery motions)
Make court appearances as necessary
Respond to written discovery
Efficiently conduct legal research
