Description:
A Business Litigation Firm' seeks some Court of Appeals or Federal Court Clerks, whose clerkship ends in 2024, for the following Trial Groups: Governmental Liability/Employment; Healthcare; and Bad Faith/Professional Liability.Candidates should have exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills; broad and practical knowledge of the law; familiarity with appellate practice; mature and sound judgment; attention to detail; good time-management skills; and ability to work independently and cooperatively. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of civil litigation and a desire to provide exceptional client service. Candidates must be highly motivated and have excellent academic credentials. Qualifications:
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar
- 1 year as a Court of Appeals Clerk or Federal Court of Appeals Clerk
