Description:
Job Responsibilities will include:- Legal research and drafting of memoranda
- Assistance with preparation of immigration applications and petitions
- Assistance with drafting of motions to re-open and re-consider.
Requirements: Immigration law experience (immigration law course(s) taken, immigration law clinic or previous work in immigration law).
- Strong interest in immigration law.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Good people skills and interest in helping clients from all over the world.
Education: 1L, 2L, 3L, LL.M. or Graduated
