Description:
Job Summary:Responsible for performing legal research, interpreting case law, and drafting complex legal orders and opinions.
Job Requirements:
- JD degree from accredited law school and must be an Indiana lawyer or scheduled to take the Indiana Bar examination; prior clerk experience a plus
- WRITING SAMPLES MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH APPLICATION AND RESUME
- Thorough knowledge of legal website resources and the Indiana Code
- Excellent organizational and communications skills and a sound knowledge of office procedures/practices
- Strong academic credentials
- Valid driver's license
