Description:
Labor & Employment associate is needed in the Orlando office with
3-5 years of experience in employment matters including Title VII, FMLA,
ADA, FLSA and state counterpart litigation. Ideal candidates must be
excellent writers with experience in Federal Court, State Court, EEOC
and other federal and state agencies, knowledgeable in discovery and
motion practice, detail-oriented, able to run day-to-day cases
independently with little supervision, flexible and able to pivot, and
motivated to learn. Florida Bar Required.
