We are a rapidly growing plaintiff-side employment and workers' compensation law firm. We are looking for a Korean-bilingual attorney to join our employment practice. This is a great opportunity to grow with an expanding plaintiff firm. We offer competitive compensation, health insurance, and significant room for growth. This position is for someone with at least 1 year of employment litigation experience.

Requirements:
  • bilingual in Korean;
  • at least 1 year of *employment litigation* experience;
  • active CA bar license;
  • proficiency in California employment law (wage and hour, FEHA discrimination, harassment, FEHA and Labor Code retaliation, etc.);
  • experience in discovery, law and motion, and depositions;
  • effective negotiating skills in mediation and with defense counsel;
  • strong work ethic, professionalism and positive attitude; and
  • strong academic credentials
