We are a rapidly growing plaintiff-side employment and workers' compensation law firm. We are looking for a Korean-bilingual attorney to join our employment practice. Requirements:
- bilingual in Korean;
- at least 1 year of *employment litigation* experience;
- active CA bar license;
- proficiency in California employment law (wage and hour, FEHA discrimination, harassment, FEHA and Labor Code retaliation, etc.);
- experience in discovery, law and motion, and depositions;
- effective negotiating skills in mediation and with defense counsel;
- strong work ethic, professionalism and positive attitude; and
- strong academic credentials
